Legion + NCR + other factions: 'Miss Teen Wasteland'

Under the eccentric dictatorial rule of the Indy Courier, every faction must submit their best person to represent them in the 'Miss Teen Wasteland' pageant. The tributes don't have to be girls OR teens for that matter.
