And blah blah blah, after she sides with Caesar and takes the dam, Caesar and the rest of the Legion begin to notice how sadistically violent, maniacal, and utterly crazy she is with the NCR prisoners of war, slaves, etc. And when I say crazy, I'm talkin' cray-zay.
But! They all either fear her or worship her for it, and she becomes some raging, sadistic war queen.
