I want a neutral M!Courier who has both ties with NCR and the Legion (but will ultimately go with independent vegas) openly meeting with Mr Fox/Vulpes. He was alone at Nipton, so none of his Companions know who the man their leader keeps running of with is.

Anything with this general premise, from interactions between Vulpes and Boone or Arcade, to wild speculations as to the nature of Fox nd the Courier's relationship.
