I've heard that hit points describe the amount of pain a character can stand before keeling over and bleeding out. A courier with a high endurance has a lot of hit points and can even resist damage. I got to thinking, does the courier even feel pain?

I want a story were the courier has congenital insensitivity to pain, with all the benefits and drawbacks that entails.
