He giggles and twirls his hair on his finger around Dr Richards, completely fails at charming anyone, has a malfunctioning gaydar, tries to recruit Arcade by flattering him but is so horrible at it he actually gets the "low int" option, and is a clumsy fuck around the doctor until they get used to each other. In other words - the hero of the Mojave has all the swag of a bloatfly. Bonus points for Veronica as his reluctant confidante.
