Jean-Luc Picard as the Courier/Q as... uh, the Mysterious Stranger

Yeah, that's right. Jean-Luc Picard is the Courier and Q is, well, himself, but acting in the Mysterious Stranger's role. I'd like Picard and Q recognizable as themselves, but you know, suited to the Fallout 'verse. There are no particular kinks I'd prefer, just something a like Fallout themed episode of Star Trek, where the characters exist in the Fallout 'verse. With Picard/Q smut, of course. (Companions can be included, and can be similarly Star Trek themed. For example, Boone as Worf, Arcade as Data.)

I know it's a tall order, but the a!a's here are awesome and can pull it off.

Haha, op, I just got into Next Gen, and so seeing this prompt, well, it made me very happy. xD I'm sorry to say I'm not up for the challenge either, but, I would love to read this. Either way, the prompt alone is beautiful.
