I... don't really have any kinks in mind, but I guess breath play and gentle teasing would be nice. Just because I feel like Ringo is a really nice guy, as is the Courier, and they would be so sweeeeeet together! I don't really have any plot points in mind, but I would really like it if this were to take place later in the game. Perhaps when you meet Ringo again at the Crimson Caravan?

I just imagine Ringo having the hots for the Courier (especially since he tried his damn hardest to help the caravaneer out), but he's a nice guy and the Courier just recovered from a gunshot to the head, so, you know. There's also the whole does he like guys bit. Cue the Courier visiting the Crimson Caravan for the first time with Arcade, and maybe Ringo gets a little jealous? Maybe Arcade realizes that Ringo is pining over the Courier, and has to enlighten him to this fact, much to Arcade's amusement.
