The trouble really started when he started talking to that weird smily Securitron, then things went to shit. NCR patrols reported coming under attack from sniper using a silenced rifle, picking them off one by one and looting the corpses, then vanishing without a trace. Crimson Caravan traders were killed by the dozen, no witnesses ever identified the assailant, because no witnesses ever survived.

A break came when a Ranger spotted the courier, decked head to toe in Elite Riot Gear, equipment long thought lost to the Divide, walk out of the canyon wreckage north of Primm. A few seconds later, the Long 15 and Dry Wells exploded in plumes of atomic fire. The Ranger also noted the courier dropped to his knees and shouted, “You maniac! You blew it up! Damn you, damn you all to hell!”

That was the last straw. General Oliver ordered this “walk-the-wasteland-fuck” taken down with extreme prejudice.
