Fatal Frame/Fallout:NV Crossover

For one of the endings in Dead Money (since I have not yet played Lonesome Road), . Years later, the Courier decides to go back to the so-called cursed place (With proper protection against the Cloud), and on the way, discovers the Camera Obscura. At first, he/she finds no real value to it, but carries it along with him/her, in case it possessed some value.

What the Courier later discovers is that all the people that lived in the Mojave are trapped in the form of tortured spirits/ghosts that can only be released via exorcism, to which the Camera Obscura can do.

Basically, I want a prompt where the Courier goes around meeting/fighting the ghosts of the late Mojave residents. Are they friendly or hostile? Good or evil? Do they leave hints/notes/warnings for the Courier? The rest is up to you. My apologies for the lengthy prompt, but I was pondering this idea while playing.
