Colonel Moore was not a woman to be fucked with. A former Ranger, veteran of HELIOS One, now a desk jockey with a bum leg. Still, her subordinates knew their place-- she couldn't punish back talk with a cuff across the bonce, but she had her ways.
Unfortunately, it's her inability to commit violence upon the upstarts that was starting to eat away at her. She could barely walk down the hall of Hoover Dam without catching the tail end of some horror story about her. Of course when the privates heard her uneven steps echoing down the hall, their lips sealed tighter than a New Vegas virgin.
If she didn't get to vent soon she was going to grab a rifle and storm Fortification Hill herself.
