He bit his lower lip, eyes screwed shut, limbs going loose as he slid down in his chair. Privacy was hard to come by in a building that was bursting at the seams with men, all of them needing one thing or another. But this was one of those nights where everything fell into place, everything was taken care of. And now he could take care of himself.

He tilted his head back, working his cock with a palm slicked with spit and precome, and let his mind wander. Fantasy wasn't being kind to him -- drawing on recent experiences wasn't doing it, and the groupies had very little to offer by way of intrigue or imagination. He just tried to focus on the feeling, imagining an anonymous mouth, acres of unexplored soft skin he was yet to touch, a voice he hadn't heard moan his name yet.

He was getting close, letting loose a soft groan of his own, when his pleasure-addled mind registered a quiet knock on the door. He froze stupidly, just staring at the door with his dick in his hand as Sergio stepped in, initially saying something and going dead silent.

Crickets. The King could swear he heard crickets.

"Somethin' you had to tell me?" the King said, with all the dignity he could maintain.

"Just, ah," Sergio very politely averted his eyes, studying the seam of the door. "Just letting you know that the Garrets confirmed the amount on the protection money."

"Ah. Yeah." The King cleared his throat. "Good. Thanks for, uh... passing that along."

"Oh, no problem," Sergio said airily, running one fingertip along the apparently fascinating door. "I'll, uh, leave you to it, then." He turned to leave, closing the door behind him, and the King was certain he heard him mutter, "You need a hand with anything else, you just let me know."
