Starring the Legion as the Lannisters, Courier and the gang as the Starks, and maybe the Followers as the Baratheons?
The first are really the only things cemented in my mind; anything else, you can change as you wish~

Not OP... just throwing my two cents in here... I feel like the NCR would be the Baratheons with Kimball being Robert, and House would be the Targaryan heir. The Strip factions could be lesser houses. The Fiends et al would probably be the hill tribes. The Khans could be Dothraki...

I'm getting too into this. Very tempted to fill, but I'm afraid it won't be able to make it as epic as it should be D:
